Withdrawal of some 85% Loan To Value BTL Mortgages
The withdrawal of these mortgages is a worry for the recent investor like me. Our investment model is generally based on getting 85% mortgage products! I could not have got into Buy to Let in the first place without it. Basically because I started with such little amount of money. For those with a large bank account this is not such an issue!
I do not want to see this product dissappear altogether. Even if it does not dissappear I can see that it could suddenly get more expensive.
Yet more fall-out from the so-called ‘credit crunch’!

Craigslist seller cannot get a call back from realtor
After the fun filled post the other day on Craigslist, I came across this frustration today.

THAT I HIRE TO SELL MY HOUSE TO ANSWER MY CALL? OR, AT THE VERY LEAST CALL ME BACK AFTER I LEAVE THEM A MESSAGE!!!!!!! I AM SO SICK OF THESE REALTOR’S TALKING SHIT, THEN YOU SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM, AND GUESS WHAT? THEY BECOME A GHOST!!!!!! YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE, AND I AM ABOUT TO FIRE YOUR ASS. YOU ARE, OR WILL BE THE THIRD REALTOR I HAVE FIRED, AND UNTIL YOU GUY’S LEARN HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR CLIENTS, YOU WONT BE THE LAST. In this market I am not surprised by this. I am sure a lot of sellers are really nervous as we are getting into panic mode. Some of the reasons they might not be calling back is that the seller is not realistic on price. With so much inventory that they may not need anymore listings to suck up advertising dollars. In any case, any Realtors lurking in the background want to comment? It is understood anonymous not to upset your current listings.
